Privacy Policy
Admata drafts Google Search campaigns from evidence and launches nothing without your approval. The same discipline applies to your data: we collect what the service needs to work, we say exactly where it goes, and we never sell it. This page explains what we hold, why, and how to make us delete it.
01
Who we are
Admata (admata.ai) is operated by Starskold Advertisement — FZCO, a free zone company registered in the United Arab Emirates (Trade licence 73640, Dubai Integrated Economic Zones Authority), with its registered address at IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. For anything in this policy, write to hello@admata.ai.
02
What we collect
- Account data — your email address, a hash of your password (the password itself is never stored), and your plan and billing state.
- Project data — the website address and business details you submit, and every edit, approval, and rejection you record. Those decisions are the product’s paper trail, so they are kept with the project.
- Research data — what the service assembles about your market: website content, competitor pages, keyword statistics, public customer reviews. This is business information, not information about you.
- Google user data — only if you connect a Google Ads account, and only as described in section 04.
- Technical data — server logs (IP address, time, requested page), error reports, and, on the marketing pages only, Google Analytics visit statistics.
03
How we use it
To run the product: analyze the website you submit, research competitors, keywords, and reviews, draft strategy and ad copy, create the campaigns you approved, and fetch their results. Beyond that, only for billing, support, keeping the service secure, and meeting legal obligations.
We do not sell personal data and we do not use it to advertise to you. Drafts are generated by AI providers from your project’s business context, under terms that do not permit using your content to train their models.
04
Google user data and Limited Use
If you connect your Google Ads account, you sign in with Google and grant Admata the Google Ads permission — the smallest scope the product can work with. We use it to:
- list the ad accounts you can access (name and account number), so you can choose one;
- create the campaigns, ad groups, keywords, and ads you approved — always created paused;
- change campaign status or budget, only after your recorded approval;
- read performance statistics (impressions, clicks, cost, conversions) for your reports and suggestions.
Admata’s use and transfer to any other application of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In practice: Google user data is used only to provide the features above. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never read by a person at Admata except with your permission for support, for security, or where the law requires. Your sign-in tokens are stored encrypted and deleted when you disconnect the account or delete your workspace. You can also revoke Admata’s access at any time in your Google Account security settings.
05
Who we share it with
Only service providers that run a part of the product, each receiving the minimum it needs:
- OpenAI — generates the drafts you review, from your project’s business context.
- SpyFu — keyword and competitor statistics; it receives competitor domains and search terms, never your personal data.
- Stripe — payments; your card details go to Stripe directly and never reach our servers.
- Brevo — sends transactional email, such as password resets.
- Sentry — error monitoring; a crash report can include technical request data.
- Google — sign-in, the Google Ads API, and Google Analytics on the marketing pages.
- Our hosting provider — runs the servers and encrypted backups.
We disclose data when the law compels us. If Admata is ever acquired, the data moves with the service under this policy’s promises. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
06
Retention and deletion
Account and project data are kept while your account exists. Ask us to delete your account — one email to hello@admata.ai — and personal data is removed within 30 days, keeping only what invoicing and the law require. Disconnect Google Ads and the stored tokens are deleted; revoking access on Google’s side has the same effect on our ability to reach your account.
07
Security
Traffic is encrypted in transit, sign-in tokens and secrets are encrypted at rest, access uses the smallest scopes that work, and important actions are logged. No method is perfectly secure; if a breach affects your data, we will tell you without undue delay.
08
Cookies and analytics
The application sets one essential session cookie to keep you signed in — nothing else. The marketing pages use Google Analytics to count visits; block it with browser settings or an ad blocker and the site works the same.
09
Your rights
You can ask what we hold about you, correct it, export it, delete it, or object to a use — write to hello@admata.ai and we answer within 30 days. Where you live may give these rights a legal name (such as the GDPR); we honor the requests regardless of geography.
10
Children
Admata is a business tool and is not offered to anyone under 18.
11
