Google Search Ads · research → strategy → ads → your approval
Turn your website into a search campaign you can defend.
Admata is a guided workspace for Google Search Ads. It studies your site, competitors, keywords, and real customer reviews — every finding tied to a source — then drafts the strategy, the ad copy, and the campaign plan. Nothing launches until you approve it.

Launch into your own Google Ads account, or export the campaign file
Prices in USD. Your advertising budget is separate and always yours — pay Google directly from your own account, or top up an Admata media balance we pass through at Google's own cost. Caps you approve either way.
02 — How it works
One guided flow, approval at every gate.
Each website you enter becomes a project — a campaign dossier that collects the research, strategy, ads, plan, and results in one place. The flow below runs inside it, and you sign off at every gate.
01
Share your website
Paste your URL. Admata reads your site — product, offer, claims, tone — and drafts a project profile.
You approve the profile
02
Research with receipts
Competitors with the reason they qualify, keywords grouped by search intent, and what real customers praise or complain about — every finding carries its source and date.
You confirm competitors & keyword groups
03
Strategy before copy
A marketing strategy and a communication strategy: who to target, what to say, what to test first. Anything unproven is labeled an idea to test.
You approve both strategies
04
Ads written to the rules
Headlines and descriptions written to Google’s length limits and checked against its advertising rules and your banned-claims list.
You edit, reject, or approve every ad
05
Launch inside your caps
A campaign plan with negative keywords, schedule, spending caps, and stop rules. Campaigns are created paused and reports separate facts from interpretation.
You approve the plan and the launch
03 — What you get
The whole dossier, not just the words.
A copy generator gives you words. Admata gives you the research, the strategy, the ads, the launch-ready plan, and the reporting to learn from it — each piece reviewable, editable, and yours to approve.
01 · Research
Know the market
Competitor research
Candidates with the reason they qualify, their offers and messages. Only the ones you confirm shape strategy.
Keyword & intent groups
Search volume, cost-per-click estimates, and competition — grouped by whether the searcher wants to learn, compare, or buy.
Customer review mining
What buyers like, dislike, and ask for — from sources like G2, Capterra, and Reddit, each quote cited and dated.
02 · Strategy & copy
Decide what to say
A brief you approve before any ad
What the ads may claim and what they may never claim, in plain words — with who to target, why they would switch, and the proof folded underneath for your marketer.
Google Search ad copy
Headlines, descriptions, and calls to action in multiple versions — length-checked, policy-checked, claim-checked.
Campaign plan
Keyword groups, negative keywords, landing pages, schedule, daily and total caps, and clear stop rules.
03 · Launch & learning
Learn from every dollar
Monitoring & reports
Views, clicks, spend against your cap, conversions — with freshness timestamps, facts kept separate from interpretation.
Rotation & budget suggestions
Keep, pause, or rewrite an ad — each suggestion shows its data and confidence. When data is thin, it says so.
Learning history
The full paper trail from source to strategy to ad to result, so your team can see what was tested and learned.
Every item above: editable, rejectable, approvable — by you
04 — Guardrails
Approval isn’t a feature. It’s the product.
AI drafts; you decide. Admata is built so that nothing important — launches, budgets, claims — happens without a human saying yes.
Human approval on every dollar
G-01
Nothing launches itself
Every launch, budget change, and important edit needs a recorded human approval. Change anything material and the old approval is void.
G-02
Hard spending caps
Daily and total limits on every project. The system blocks spend above the approved amount.
G-03
Emergency stop
One control that halts everything, any time, no questions asked.
G-04
Created paused
Campaigns arrive in Google Ads paused, with a final review before anything goes live.
G-05
Sources on everything
Findings carry the source name, link, and collection date. Suggestions without evidence wear an “idea to test” label.
G-06
No fake certainty
Thin data is called thin. Missing data stays missing instead of becoming zero, and no ad is declared a winner without evidence.
G-07
Least-privilege access
Official Google sign-in with the smallest scopes needed. Keys stay secret, and every important action is logged.
G-08
Works without account access

06 — FAQ
Straight answers, on record.
What does Admata cover today?
Google Search text ads, end to end: website analysis, competitor and keyword research, review mining, strategy, ad copy, campaign plan, launch, monitoring, and next-step suggestions. Image, video, Display, and Meta ads are being considered for later phases, once the text process is proven.
Will Admata ever spend money on its own?
No. Campaigns are created paused, every launch and budget change requires a recorded approval, each project has daily and total spending caps, and there is an emergency stop. Automatic changes without approval are deliberately not built.
Where does the research come from?
Your website, the competitor sites you confirm, approved keyword data services, and public review sources such as G2, Capterra, Product Hunt, Reddit, and YouTube — collected within each source’s rules. Every important finding shows its source and collection date.
Do I have to connect my Google Ads account?
No. Connecting is the smoothest path — official Google sign-in, minimal scopes, campaigns created paused. But you can also download a complete export of the approved campaign and set it up manually in Google Ads Editor.
What results do you promise?
None that we haven’t proven — that’s the point. We won’t claim guaranteed performance, pre-picked winners, or magic time savings. What we do stand behind: sourced research, policy-checked copy, approval on every dollar, and honest reporting that admits when data is too thin to call.
How much does it cost?
Free forever to try: one full research on your own website, results yours to keep. Start is $39 a month with 3 researches; Business is $99 a month with 25. Paying for 3, 6, or 12 months up front lowers the price by 10–20%, and Enterprise volume is arranged directly. Your ad budget is separate and always yours: you set the caps, and Google bills you directly for clicks.
How do I start?
Create a workspace, paste your website address, and the first research run starts. From there the product walks you through nine steps — profile, competitors, keywords, reviews, strategy, ads, plan, launch, reporting — and nothing moves forward without your approval.
